Scripture for Kids
The more we immerse our kids in scripture the better. The days pass so quickly. We look back occasionally and wonder where the time went, and I question whether I spent it wisely. Every opportunity to encourage my kids (and myself) to read, write, and reflect on scripture is an opportunity to hide his word in our hearts and we know that he will use it. Have your kids read the scripture out loud while they color. Or use music to help instill the words using rhythm or rhyme. Here are a few music videos that you can use with these scriptures from 1 Corinthians.
1 Corinthians 13:4-10 (YouTube – The Corner Room)
1 Corinthians 13:13 (YouTube – The Village Kids)
1 Corinthians 15:4 (YouTube – Awana)
A dominant theme in the book of 1 Corinthians is the call for Christians to live a life of integrity and morality as a response to the truth of the gospel. I hope these coloring pages encourage your family to stand firm for the gospel, love others with the love of Christ and remember that our faith is in the risen Savior who is coming back to rule eternally.
