Scripture for Kids
The more we immerse our kids in scripture the better. The days pass so quickly. We look back occasionally and wonder where the time went, and I question whether I spent it wisely. Every opportunity to encourage my kids (and myself) to read, write, and reflect on scripture is an opportunity to hide his word in our hearts and we know that he will use it. Have your kids read the scripture out loud while they color. Or use music to help instill the words using rhythm or rhyme. Here are a few music videos that you can use with these scriptures from James.
James 1:5 (YouTube – U-Nite TV)
James 1:17 (YouTube – Spencer Family Music)
James 1:19-20 (YouTube – Lantern Music)
I hope these coloring pages encourage your family to live with perseverance, seeking to live godly lives of self control through the power of the Holy Spirit.
