Additional Preschool Activities This Week

Talk about what to do if you are lost. Make sure your child knows to stay put if they can’t see you, and who to ask for help. Work on having them learn your phone number.

Keep a lanyard in the car with your phone number on it to have your child wear whenever you are in a crowded place like the zoo or a children’s museum. You can DIY this with a little cardstock and yarn. Laminate or use packing tape to reinforce the holes so that it can’t rip off easily.

Preschool-on-a-page

This one-page plan lists all the ideas we covered for letter, number, shape, color, and animal activities for the week. Use the preschool letter of the week to intentionally engage with your child and more than anything READ, READ, READ with them.
