I’m pretty good at having a consistent morning routine, but I need to work on my evening routine. I always want to cram as much as possible into the evening and stay up too late.

I still keep lists in the Notes app on my phone, and I use Evernote and Asana, but for my to-dos, I definitely prefer a handwritten list.
