Christmas Websites & Online Games for Learning

If you’re determined that your kids will have a screen-free December, don’t keep reading. You’ll change your mind for sure! But if you’re like me and you need a few minutes to wrap gifts, online shop, or just drink a cup of coffee…I’m here to make your day! These Christmas websites and online games offer lots of activities that will engage your kids while teaching them a little something, too.

There are a huge number of Christmas websites and online games with Christmas themes, but I wanted my kids to have one go-to place to access Christmas activities without bouncing all over the internet.

To facilitate a one-stop Christmas activity center I created a PDF with links to 30 different Christmas websites, videos, and online games. I’m adding this file to our Google classroom for my kids to access all month long. And, I’m offering it to you too! Plenty of activities to keep your kids occupied long enough for you to stuff stockings…or watch a Hallmark movie.

All of the links are to kid-friendly websites or, in the case of YouTube videos, kid-friendly content. However, if your child is not comfortable navigating websites independently, you should remind them to not click on ads, additional videos, or other links on the page.

These links are geared for 3rd to 5th grade, but younger and older kids will enjoy many of these activities as well.

  1. Yup, I figure if my kids are going to be on a screen, I might as well be intentional about choosing the websites and games they are engaging with!
